ORDER CITY – REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are only issued for incorrect, damaged, or undelivered food.
  • Issues must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
  • Restaurant policies may apply in specific cases.

3. Logistics Services

  • Cancellation before pickup: Full refund (excluding service fees).
  • After pickup but before delivery: Partial refund (service fees apply).
  • Lost/Damaged Items: Compensation is covered under the P2P insurance system.

4. Cleaning Services

  • If a cleaner fails to arrive, users may request a full refund or reschedule.
  • If the service is unsatisfactory, a dispute must be filed within 24 hours for partial or full refunds.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet balance.
