- "Platform" refers to the Order City mobile app and website.
- "Service" refers to the food delivery, logistics, coupon aggregation, and cleaning services available on the app.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Order City.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Service Usage
- Food Delivery: Restaurants set their own prices and preparation times.
- Logistics: Prices are determined dynamically based on distance and demand.
- Cleaning Services: Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of Order City.
- Coupons: Order City aggregates and displays deals but is not responsible for third-party promotions.
5. Payments & Fees
- Payments are made through the Order City wallet or other integrated payment options.
- We reserve the right to charge service fees for platform usage.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before processing.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the Refund Policy.
7. Rider & Service Provider Terms
- Riders must maintain a wallet balance for insurance purposes.
- Service providers and drivers are responsible for fulfilling services professionally.
8. Limitation of Liability
Order City is a facilitator and is not responsible for delays, damages, or service failures caused by independent providers.
9. Modifications to Terms
Order City may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

ORDER CITY – REFUND POLICY

- Refunds are only issued for incorrect, damaged, or undelivered food.

3. Logistics Services
- Cancellation before pickup: Full refund (excluding service fees).
- After pickup but before delivery: Partial refund (service fees apply).
- Lost/Damaged Items: Compensation is covered under the P2P insurance system.
4. Cleaning Services
- If a cleaner fails to arrive, users may request a full refund or reschedule.
- If the service is unsatisfactory, a dispute must be filed within 24 hours for partial or full refunds.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or wallet balance.
